• At the May KMCA meeting, the Association decided to establish a Housing Committee to help Kemp Mill residents seek solutions to problems such as:
  • Houses with more residents than are legally allowed
  • Abandoned houses
  • Unauthorized improvements to homes
  • Failure to cut grass
  • Noise
  • Other general code violations.

This committee is being chaired by Jonathan Fink (finkfive@gmail.com) and will meet on Monday, August 11 at 8 p.m. at 915 Annmore Drive. A report on the housing committee meeting will be made to the next KMCA meeting in Sept.
